Kal Bhakta


As President, Kal is responsible for ASA Solutions' long-term strategic direction and major initiatives. He plays an integral role in the company's strategic direction and future growth, and leads the execution of technical strategy for various IVR platforms, partnerships and external relationships.

Prior to joining ASA Solutions, Kal held senior test engineer positions designing, developing, and managing complex system test suites with leading military projects subcontractors, including the F-22 Raptor for General Dynamics C4 Systems and the Standard Missile for Raytheon Missile Systems. During his tenure, Kal successfully managed his teams to meet critical manufacturing production timelines for the supported products within budget.  He also played a key role in designing new test hardware and software to increase efficiency of the entire production line.

Kal earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of New Mexico.

Sem Kurtulus

Director of Service Delivery

As a Director of Service Delivery, Sem brings an extensive corporate experience in program management, business development and software engineering. He excels at building and managing large cross-functional teams globally and working with partners that enable business critical service improvements.

Prior to joining ASA Solutions, Sem worked at Cisco Systems for over 18 years. He has strong technical, design and analytical background, specializing in Cisco Unified and Packaged Contact Center Solutions with many CRM integrations. He was one of the pioneers of Cisco MeetingPlace, a leading enterprise teleconferencing product and has also managed the development of many innovative organizational products globally in order to improve business processes for Cisco Systems and its customers. Sem has 15-year software engineering background, creating and implementing database-driven rich web applications, user interface and experience designs to streamline processes and achieve organizational objectives. He also has an extensive knowledge with CRM development, methodologies and integrations.

Sem graduated from University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Bob Wiktorchik

Senior Program Manager

As Senior Program manager, Bob leads the ASA Project Management Office. He is responsible for project management activities related to the delivery of solutions to ASA’s clients and customers. The ASA PMO ensures that the right solution is delivered to meet the requirements and needs of the customer

Bob has an extensive background in both contact centers and the technologies utilized in those contact centers. He has directly managed a virtual, multi-site call center and business operations centers for a major national Health Insurance Company. In addition, he has designed, developed or deployed many vendor or home-grown solutions to various industries in many different configurations. Call Center technologies delivered include PBX/ACDs, Carrier routing and connectivity, dialers, CTI solutions, CRM desktops, call recording solutions and of course IVRs.

Bob’s IVR experience has grown from the ground up for the last 20+ years. His vast experience ranges from the early days of programming various IVR solutions such as Syntellect and IBM, to the design and delivery of enterprise IVR solutions. Bob truly understands the importance of delivering a customer focused solution to our clients’ customers.

David Paez

Program Manager

As Program Manager, David brings a wealth of real-world IVR and call center experience to ASA Solutions, from hands-on application development and project management of complex contact center and IVR deployments, to executive-level customer relationship management.

David started his career in the IVR industry more than 15 years ago as an application developer with Syntellect. While there, he was promoted to project manager responsible for multiple contact center and IVR-related projects including legacy IVR applications, predictive dialer migrations, and beta deployments of new software releases.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
